Attorney David Best

David is admitted to practice in state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. In fact Mr. Best satisfactorily represented a party before the United States Supreme Court, and he prevailed on behalf of his client. Very few lawyers have had that experience.

Attorney Dutch Anderson

He graduated with honors in 1977 from Florida Southern College, attended Emory University and graduated from the University of Florida with his law degree in 1982. He is a member of the Orange County, Citrus County and American Bar Association. He is a member of the Florida Bar in the Trial Practice Section and the Health Law Section. He belongs to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers where he is an Eagle Member. He also belongs to the American College of Legal Medicine. He has been recognized as a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar Board of Legal specialization and Education. Mr. Anderson restricts his practice to the areas of Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Law.
