Attorney Dutch Anderson
was born in Lakeland, Florida on February 19, 1957 and was admitted to the bar in 1982. He is eligible to practice in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the US Supreme Court.
He graduated with honors in 1977 from Florida Southern College, attended Emory University and graduated from the University of Florida with his law degree in 1982. He is a member of the Orange County, Citrus County and American Bar Association. He is a member of the Florida Bar in the Trial Practice Section and the Health Law Section. He belongs to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Florida Justice Association where he is an Eagle Member. He also belongs to the American College of Legal Medicine. He has been recognized as a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar Board of Legal specialization and Education. Mr. Anderson is the author of “Punitive Damages Against the Uninsured Motorist – Who Should Bear the Loss?” Florida Torts Reporter, March 1990.
Mr. Anderson is a former board member of Habitat for Humanity Orlando and does community service through the First United Methodist Church. He is currently active with the Fuller Center for Housing.
Mr. Anderson restricts his practice to the areas of Social Security Disability, Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Law.
